II110(66)kV~500kV 电压互感器技术标准
1 总 则
1.1 目的
为适应电网的发展要求,加强电压互感器技术管理,保证电压互感器的安全、准确、可靠运行,
特制定本技术标准。
1.2 依据
本标准是依据国家、行业和国际有关标准、规程和规范,并结合近年来国家电网公司输变电设
备评估报告、生产运行情况分析以及设备现场运行经验制定。
1.3 内容
本标准对 110(66)kV~500kV 电压互感器的设计选型(运行选用)、订货、监造、出厂验收、包
装运输、现场安装和现场验收等环节提出了具体的技术要求。
1.4 适用范围
本标准适用于国家电网公司系统的110(66)kV∼500kV油浸和气体绝缘电压互感器(不包括GIS
和套管电压互感器)。35kV电压互感器可参照执行。
1.5 电压互感器安全可靠性要求
110(66)kV~500kV电压互感器应优先采用设计制造经验成熟、结构简单、经受过运行考验的
电压互感器。对互感器的密封性能和抗震强度要提出要求,防止运输和运行中渗漏和结构的机械损
坏。
1.6 电压互感器的型式
1.6.1 结构型式:电磁式电压互感器、电容式电压互感器。
1.6.2 内绝缘型式:通常为油浸式电压互感器。
1.6.3 外绝缘型式: 通常为瓷质套管电压互感器,瓷质表面稳定性能较好,硅橡胶外套的抗污闪和
抗震性能较好。
1.6.4 设备类型:户内式电压互感器和户外式电压互感器。
1.7 选型原则
220kV及以下电压等级宜选用低磁密的电磁式电压互感器或电容式电压互感器,330kV及以上电
压等级宜选用电容式电压互感器。
11.8 关于电压互感器技术参数和要求的说明
本标准提出电压互感器的技术参数和要求,具体参见条款(2)、(3),它们是本标准的一部分,
规定了电压互感器技术参数和要求的基本内容。在提出具体设备技术参数和要求时可根据本标准,
结合本地区实际情况增补相应的内容。
