    前言
    使用产品前,请仔细阅读本章节!
    本章叙述了使用产品前的安全预防建议。在安装和使用时,本章内容必须全部阅读和充分理解。
    忽略说明书中相关警示,因不当操作造成的危害,本公司不承担相应责任。
    在对本装置做任何操作前,相关专业人员必须仔细阅读本说明书,熟悉相关内容。
    操作指导及警告:
    本说明书中将会用到以下标准定义:
    危险!意味着如果安全预防措施被忽视,则会导致人员死亡,严重的人身伤害,或设备的严重
    损坏。
    警告!意味着如果安全预防措施被忽视,则可能导致人员死亡,严重的人身伤害,或设备的严
    重损坏。
    警示!意味着如果安全预防措施被忽视,则可能导致轻微的人身伤害或设备损坏。
    本条特别适合于对装置的损坏及可能对被保护设备的损坏。
     危险!
    在一次系统带电运行时,绝对不允许将与装置连接的电流互感器二次开路!该回路开路可能会
    产生极端危险的高压;绝对不允许将与装置连接的电压互感器二次短路!该回路短路可能会产生极
    端危险的短路电弧;
     警告!
    电气设备在运行时,装置的某些部件可能带有高压。不正确的操作可能导致严重的人身伤害和
    设备损坏。
    只有具备资质的合格专业人员才允许对装置或在装置临近工作。工作人员应熟知本说明书中提
    到的注意事项和工作流程,以及安全规定。
    特别注意:一些通用的工作于高压带电设备的工作规则必须遵守,否则可能导致严重的人身伤
    亡和设备损坏。
     警示!
    装置的接地端子必须可靠接地。
    装置只允许运行在技术参数所规定的大气环境中,而且运行环境不能存在不正常的震动。
    在接入交流电压电流回路或电源回路时,请确认它们符合装置的额定参数。
    装置输出的接点连接到外部回路时,须仔细检查所用的外部电源电压,防止连接的回路过热。
    仔细处理连接的电缆,避免施加过大的外力。

    第 1 章 概述
    1.1 应用范围
    ST318M 分界开关控制器主要是针对配网的用户分界开关系统应用而开发。它具有
    速断保护、过流保护、零序接地保护、多次重合闸、合闸涌流闭锁等功能,可以实现自
    动切除用户界内单相接地故障和自动隔离用户界内相间短路故障,确保主网及非故障用
    户的用电安全。
    1.2 功能特点
    ST318M 分界开关控制器采用高集成度、总线不出芯片的微处理器处理来自电流、
    电压互感器的信号,通过数字逻辑运算控制输出。控制器采用结构紧凑,密封机箱,免
    维护设计,抗干扰性能好,非常适合于运行环境较为恶劣、安装位置有限的配网系统。
     灵敏的零序电流检测功能及先进成熟的算法,可靠区分区内、区外故障。
     自动动态增益的电流测量回路设计,装置具有极宽的测量范围,可同时满足二次额
    定1A或5A 的电流互感器。
     具有断路器、负荷开关两种工作模式,方便用户选择。
     采用数字编码开关设定定值,定值分辨率比常规旋转开关设定方式高一个数量级。
    另可配置全中文液晶显示界面的手持式 PDA,查询参数、数据、记录。
     控制器大容量的非易失存储器保证记录 100 次历史事件记录,记录内容详细,掉电
    不丢失数据。
     控制器具备完善的动静态自检功能,在线监视控制器各部分工作状况,保证了控制
    器的工作可靠性。
     高精度元件及工艺保证控制器的精确性、可靠性及长久的使用寿命。
     控制器标配 RS232 或 RS485 通讯口,另可内置 GPRS 通讯模块,也可选配外置式
    GPRS 通讯模块,或以太网,通讯方式灵活方便。
