    出厂前,所有具有Modbus总线通讯能力的执行机构都预先安装了Modbus总线接口,并进行了测试。
    本手册必须同执行机构相应的使用说明书结合在一起来使用。
    当进行同执行机构有关的工作时,必须遵守包含在使用说明书中的安全准则。本手册只包含有Modbus总线接口的有关内容!
    建议由SIPOS AKTORIK服务中心的服务和支持人员进行所有的计划、安装、调试和服务的工作。
    2 SIPOS 5 Flash电动执行机构的 Modbus总线接口
    2.1 概述
    • 关于Modbus RTU的一般知识
    为了在自动化系统之间、自动化系统和所连接的分散的现场设备之间进行信息交换,如今串行现场总线被主要用作通讯系
    统。成千上万的应用已经强烈地证明了通过使用现场总线技术,可以节省多至40%的接线、调试及维护的费用。
    仅仅使用两根电线就可以传送现场设备的所有相关信息,比如输入和输出数据、参数、诊断数据。过去使用的现场总线往
    往是制造商的特定现场总线,并且同其它现场总线不兼容。如今使用的现场总线几乎是完全公开和标准化的。这就意味者用户
    可以以最合理的价格选择最好的产品,而不用依赖于每个独立的制造商。
    Modbus RTU是一种国际的、开放的现场总线标准。作为一种很容易实现的现场总线协议,在全世界范围内,Modbus得到
    了成功的应用。应用领域包括生产过程中的自动化、过程控制和楼宇自控。
    • 基本特征
    Modbus RTU决定了一个由它把分散的数字自动化设备连接在一起的、串行现场总线系统的技术和功能特点。它被设计成
    在现场级以极高的速度传递数据。这里的中央控制设备,比如PLC或PC机,通过有关高速的串行接口同外围的现场站进行开关
    量及∕或模拟量的输入输出数据通讯。
    基本的是非循环通讯服务。
    Modbus区别主站设备和从站设备。
    主站设备 控制总线上的数据交换。主站被允许毋需一个外部请求就可以发送信息。
    从站设备 诸如SIPOS 5 Flash电动执行机构等的外围设备。典型的从站设备是输入输出设备,阀门,执行机构和测量变送
    器。它们不具备访问总线的能力,也就是说,它们仅仅可以确认已经接受到的信息,或者,在主站的要求下发送信息到主站。
    从站通常也被称作被动站。
    一般适用下列规则:
    o 在一条总线上,只允许有1个主站可以在工作状态(单主站总线系统)。
    o 最多可以有247个从站被连接到一条总线上。
    o 总是由主站启动通讯,从站只能是响应主站的请求。
    o 保护特点:“和校验”及奇偶校验位。

    o 单独通讯方式 – 直接向一个特定的现场
    设备发出请求。

    2.2 Modbus总线接口
    • 1通道或2通道(冗余型)。
    • 适用于所有的多回转、直行程或角行程电动执行机构,以及两种控制单元,经济型(ECOTRON)和专业型(PROFITRON)。
