本变频器是对三相感应电机进行起停、调速驱动、节能控制的电气装置。其内置有32位微处理器,
电力电子模块,故功能齐全,操作简单。为了充分利用本机的功能,务请在使用之前,仔细阅读本
使用说明书。
一、产品简介
本使用手册简要介绍了ZY-P800F系列变频器的安装接线、参数设定及操作使用
的有关事项,务请妥善保管。如果使用中发生故障,请与厂家或经销商联系。

以 ZY-P800F 系列三相交流 380V 输

入,7.5KW变频器为例,其铭牌如图所示。
型号 ZY-P800F-7.5K-3B
3PH 表示三相输入;380V、50/60Hz
表示输入电压和额定频率。 输入 AC 3PH 380V 50/60Hz

ZY-P800F系列变频器外观结构
分塑壳和金属壳两大类。塑壳结构
只有壁挂式安装结构,金属壳则分
壁挂式和柜式两种安装结构。塑料
外壳采用优质材料模压而成,造型
美观且强度高、韧性好。
以ZY-P800F-1.5K-3B为例,产
品外形及结构部件如右图所示。壳
体表面采用哑光工艺、丝网印刷,
光泽柔和、悦目。
金属外壳采用先进的
表面喷粉喷塑工艺,色泽考究、外观
优美。
以 ZY-P800F-22K-3C 为例,产品
外形及结构部件如图所示。
前面板采用可拆卸单边门轴结构,接
线和维护十分方便。
