1 概述
Y 电动机为全封闭自扇冷鼠笼式三相异步电动机。本系列电动机具有体积
小，重量轻、运行可靠、结构坚固，外形美观等观点，而且效率高，起动转矩大，
噪声低、寿命长、经久耐用。
本系列为一般用途的电动机，可以驱动无特殊要求的各种机械设备。本系列
电动机的功率等出口机械设备的配套和引进设备的备品备件，如有特殊要求，请
订货时洽谈。
1 General Descriptions
Series Y Three Phase Induction Motors are designed and manufactures into
totally enclosed self-fan-cooled motors with squirrel cage rotors. This series motors
have many remarkable features such as compact construction, lightweight, reliable
operation, solid construction and fine looking as well as high efficiency, high starting
torque, low noise and long service life,etc.
Series Y motors for general-purpose uses can be used to drive all kinds of
machines and equipment, which have no special requirements. For this series motors,
the output ratings and mounting dimensions conform to the specifications of IEC
Publications and the correlation between them agrees with DIN 42673 of Germany.
The motors are easy to complete in the export machinery and equipment and supply
as spare accessories in the import equipment. Special requirments should be stated
when ordering.
2 结构简介
2.1 定子
定子铁心采用经氧化处理的优质电工硅钢片，电磁线及绝缘采用聚酯亚胺漆
包线及优质复合绝缘等。有绕组的定子铁芯经真空高压浸渍，使之成为一个完整
的整体，并按照 JBZ294 和 GB2423.4 进行试验，具有优良的电气，机械，防潮
及热稳定性。
电动机的绝缘等级为F 级，温升裕度大，寿命长。
2.2 转子
转子铁芯也采用经氧化处理的优质电工硅钢片制成，经铸铝后用热套法固定
有转轴上，并经动平衡校验，电动机运行平稳，振动小。轴采用45＃钢制成，电动机只有一个轴伸，如用户需要时，可提供双轴伸电
动机。
2.3 接线盒
接线盒位于机座正上方，（H80—180及H355）或位于机座右方（H200—315）
（从轴伸端视之），用户有特殊要求时，可在订货时说明。接线盒内设有接线板
或安装板，接线板上有六个接线端子，适用于电动机直接起动或 Y-△起动，接
线盒内设有接地螺栓，确保安全，接线盒内侧设有接线图，供接线时参考。
2.4 轴承及轴承室
产品设计时选用低噪声电机专用轴承，机座号 H80—132 采用双面密封球轴
承，轴伸端轴承室内装有波形弹簧片，以适度的弹力压靠轴承，H160—355电动
机轴承结构为内、外盖式，且非轴伸端用挡圈定位，有效地防止了电动机转子的
轴向串动，机座号315—355具有不停机注、排没装置，以确保轴承良好的润滑。
2.5 风扇，端罩
全系列风扇与轴采用键配合，运转可靠。
端罩为薄钢板结构，在防止一定大小的外物侵入的前提下得到最大的通风面
积，从而使风路顺畅，外形美观。钢性好，防护等级为IP20。
2 Construction
2.1 Stators
The stator cores are laminated from the oxygenated high-quality magnetic sheet
steel. The magnetic wire adopts polyamide enamel wire and the insulation the
premium discontinuous insulation. The completely wound stator cores are
vacuum-pressure impreg-nated to a solid integral. Then they are tested according to
JB/Z294 and GB2423.4. This process enables the windings to possess excellent
electrical and mechanical properties, high moisture-resistant ability and thermal
stability.
The insulation is Class F, but the temperature rise limit is specified as that of
Class B. Thus makes the motors be of a large margin of safety in temperature-rise and
long service life.
2.2 Rotors
From the oxygenated high-quality magnetic sheet steel are laminated the rotor
cores which are cast aluminum and fixed on the shaft by means of hot fit. They are
well calibrated wity dynamic balance to make motors operate smoothly with little
vibration.
The shafts are made of 45# steel. The motors are manufactured with only one
shaft extension end. If customers require the motors with double shaft extension ends,
please specify them when ordering.
2.3 Terminal Boxes
The terminal boxes are on the just right top of the motors (frame size H80~180
andH355) or on the right side of motors (frame size H200~315)seeing from the
driving end. Special requirements should be stated when ordering. Aterminal board or
fixing board is equipped in the terminal boxes. There are six terminals in the terminal
boxes, suitable for motors direct-on-line starting or Y-△ starting. Anearthing
bolt is equipped in each terminal box to ensure safety. There is a
connection diagram inside the terminal boxes for reference.2.4 Bearings and Bearing Chambers
The motors are fitted with low noise bearings special for motors. For
frame size H80~312 motors, bilaterally shielded ball bearings are adopted and a
corrugated spring washer within the bearing chambers at the driving end which is
pressed on the bearings with suitable elasticity. But for frame size H160~355 motors,
the bearings with inner and outer covers are used and a retaining ring is fitted at the
non-driving end to prevent efficiently rotors moving axially. For frame size
H315~355 motors, on each bearing bracket there is a greasing attachment having the
use to drain and replenish the lubricating grease without stopping the motors to ensure
the bearings in good lubricating condition.
2.5 Fans and Cowls
The fans of whole series motors are keyed on to the shafts to ensure reliable
operation.
The cowls are made of fabricated steel. On a prerequisite that it should prevent
from the ingress of solid substances of certain size, they enable the motors to get
maximum area of ventilation in order to form adequate air current. The cowls are of
fine looking and good steel strength. The degree of protection is IP20.
3 技术数据
3.1使用条件
海拨不超过 100m；环境温度随季节而变化，但不超过 40℃；环境空气最低
温度为-15℃；最湿月月平均最高相对湿度为90％，同时该月月郇低温度不高于
25℃。
3.2电压和频率
额定电压220V，380V，400V，415V，660V，220/380V，380660V，660/1140V，
频率为50Hz，其它电压和频率请在订货时说明。
注：对频率、电压及使用环境温度等有特殊要求时，请订货时提出。
3.3电动机的防护等级为IP44，也可根据用户要求制成IP54、IP55。
