of Huapeng 220kV~500kV Oil-immersed Transformers
我公司可以为用户提供220kV~500kV级,容量20~
1200MVA系列油浸式电力变压器,这是我公司在消化国内
外先进变压器制造理念,结合我公司多年来生产电力变压
器的经验,通过优化创新,成功生产的低噪声、低损耗、
低局放、高抗短路能力的系列变压器,完全符合国家最新
标 准 GB1094.1 ~ 5 及 国 际 电 工 委 员 会 推 荐 标 准
IEC-60076。其主要特点介绍如下:
The range of Huapeng 220kV ~ 500kV
oil-immersed power transformers is from 20 up to
1200MVA. The production is based on world-wide
advanced technology and also incorporates our
long-term outstanding experiences. Low partial
discharge and high short circuit withstand capability are
achieved in our 220kV~500kV transformer series.
Huapeng 220kV~500kV transformers comply entirely
with latest national standard GB1094.1 ~ 5 and
international standard IEC-60076. The outstanding
features are:
1.损耗小,噪音低
铁心片采用进口高性能硅钢片,五级全斜接缝的叠片
形式,空载损耗和噪音均较小。油箱采用屏蔽技术,铁心结构件按在漏磁场中所处的位置
不同分别采用了降低涡流损耗的措施,这不但降低了负载损耗,而且从根本上解决了变压
器局部过热的可能。我公司设计、生产的220kV~500kV级变压器性能指标均达到或超过国
标11型标准,噪音更是远远低于国家标准。
1. Low loss, low noise
The core laminations are composed of imported high quality grain-oriented
cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with miter joints and the joints are lapped with 5 steps, thus
ensuring low loss and low noise. The inside of the tank is lined with shields. Measures
have also been taken for metallic structural parts located in high magnetic field, to reduce
stray loss, thereby the total load loss, and to relieve local overheating.
12.运行安全可靠
我公司始终将产品的可靠性放在第一位,变压器绝缘设计留有相当的裕度,产品局部放
电量保持在 100pC 以下,可确保变压器在长期工作电压和短时过电压下稳定运行,从延长
变压器使用寿命和提高抗短路能力考虑,变压器绕组温升和油面温升均低于国家标准5K以
上,变压器短路时,绕组导线的机械应力较低,再配合其它抗短路措施及严格的生产工艺
保证,同时可以采用绕组内部热点温升控制变压器的运行,我公司220kV~500kV变压器完
全可承受各种短路情况的考验。
2. Safe and reliable service
Reliability is the everlasting objective of Huapeng Co. Partial discharge of finished
products are constantly kept below 100pC, ensuring that the transformers can be operated
under long service voltage and also under short time overvoltage. Appropriate cooling
arrangement and relatively low current density ensure that the winding temperature rise is
much lower, at least 5K, than specified in the national standard. The mechanical stress in
winding conductors during short circuit is also kept well below safe limit. Together with
technological procedures during manufacture and other means to elevate mechanical
strength, Huapeng 220kV~500kV transformers can withstand severe short circuit in all
cases during service.
3.安装维护方便
为减少现场安装工作量并使安装工作顺利进行,变压器现场安装时不需吊罩检查,所
有附件在工厂均进行预装,二次线路电缆在工厂内已布置在变压器本体并引入端子箱和控
制箱中。我公司设计生产的480MVA以下的电力变压器均采用自然油循环风冷的冷却方式,
在风机停止工作时仍具有70%冷却容量,240MVA以下电力变压器可采用全自冷的冷却方式,
冷却系统几乎不需维护。
3. Easy erection and maintenance
To minimize erection work at site, Huapeng transformers are so fabricated that lifting
the active part out of the tank for inspection after arrival at site is not mandatory. Besides,
all components to be mounted on the transformer at site have been pre-assembled before
dispatch, and all secondary wirings have been laid down into conduits on the transformer
and connected to the terminals in the control cabinet or terminal box. Natural oil
circulation and forced air cooling (ONAF) are generally adapted in our transformers
below 480MVA, and 70% nameplate rating can be achieved in case the fans are out of
service. Natural oil circulation is adapted in transformers below 240MVA.Little
maintenance work is required for the cooling devices.
24.精工细作
利用立绕机张紧装置绕制线圈,降低绕制系数,保证所有绕组的径向绕紧力,提高绕
组的自身强度,结合利用绕组先组装后整体套装的工艺,使器身装配公差减小,从而提高
器身的整体强度;绕组垫块等受力绝缘件全部采用特硬纸板制成,以减小绝缘件的收缩量,
绕组绕制与组装完工后须经过二次真空干燥,器身装配后再进行一次煤油气相干燥,确保
各部分的绝缘充分收缩以保证在运行中绝缘件不再收缩;所有高压电极和金属结构件均进
行圆角化,避免尖端放电,同时确保高压套管均压球处于均匀电场中;引线采用冷压焊,
进行屏蔽处理实现圆角化;器身经过大型煤油气相干燥设备的干燥后大大降低了绝缘件的
含水量,提高了器身的清洁度;油箱焊接后经整形处理并消除焊接应力,整体喷砂,保证
变压器外观整洁,不渗不漏。
4. Careful fabrication
Vertical winding machines with tension device are used for winding, so that the
windings can be wound tightly and therefore mechanically strong as a whole. All
insulation parts subjected to mechanical stress during short circuit, such as spacers in
windings are made with T4 densified pressboard to reduce shrinkage. Individual windings
are dried first, followed by a second drying of the assembled phase block. After core and
coil assembly, Vapor Phase Drying (VPD) is once again carried out to ensure that all
insulation parts are thoroughly dried and no further shrinkage is possible to occur during
service. All the high voltage terminals and nearby metallic structural parts are rounded up
to prevent partial discharge. High voltage bushing terminals are contained within turrets,
and kept concentric with the turret. All the leads are properly crimped and metallized to be
rounded up. VPD process insures that the moisture content within the transformer is kept
at a very low level, and the core and coil assembly is once more cleaned by condensed
vapor flowing down the surfaces. The fabricated tanks are relieved from welding stress
and shot-blasted integrally, so as to be free from oil leakage trouble and to give the tank a
clean, pleasant looking appearance.
