1、概述 General
KYN28-24铠装移开式金属封闭开关设备是本公司根据江苏省电力公司关于20kV高压开关设备优化设计的
要求，在借鉴国内外先进技术及充分地优化柜体结构及一次元件的基础上，开发的金属封闭开关设备。该设
备完全满足20kV中性点不接地系统运行要求，广泛应用于电力系统各类大型变电所以及发电厂、工矿企事业
单位及城市中心等负荷密集地区作电能控制、保护、分配之用。该设备在通用型基础上又研制派生出程序化
操作开关设备。
Using domestic and international advanced technology for reference, according to
the designs requirements of Jiangsu Provincial Power Supply Company on 20kV electrical
distribution products and based on the optimization of overall structure and primary
components, Dongyuan Electrical developed the KYN28-24 Metal-Clad Removable Enclosed
Switchgear. It is a new-generation large-capacity metal- enclosed switchgear which fully meets
the running requirements of unearthed neutral system. It is extensively used in substations,
power plants, industrial enterprises and load-concentrated places such as city center to
control, protect and distribute the electric power.This programmably operated switchgear is
developed on the basis of the general-purpose equipment.
KYN28-24(P)程序化操作铠装移开式金属封闭开关设备是在
KYN28-24铠装移开式金属封闭开关设备基础上研制开发的一代程
序化操作设备。该设备具备断路器手车电动进出,接地开关电动
分、合操作功能。广泛应用于电力系统各类大型变电所以及发电
厂、工矿企事业单位及城市中心等负荷密集地区作电能控制、保
护、分配之用。
KYN28-24(P)Removable Type Programmized Metal-
Enclosed Switchgear is a new product developed and
manufactured on the basis of KYN28-24 Metal-Clad
Removable Type Enclosed Switchgear. It is available
with motor-driven operations for entry and exit of the
circuit-breaker and opening and closing of the earthing
switch. It is extensively used in substations, power

1) 最高温度：+40℃，最低温度-35℃,且在24h内测得的平均值不超过35℃。

2) 日相对湿度的平均值不超过95%；月相对湿度平均值不超过90%。
Relative humidity: 24 hour average: not more than 95%; month average: not more than
90%.
3) 海拔不超过1000m。

4) 周围空气没有显著的受到尘埃、烟、腐蚀性和/或可燃性气体、蒸气或盐雾的污染。
The ambient air is not to be significantly contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive or
flammable gases, or salt.
5) 地震烈度：不超过8度。
Seismic intensity: not more than 8 on the Richter scale
6) 二次系统中感应的电磁干扰的幅值不超过1.6kV。
