固体绝缘环网柜是国家电网公司重点推广的新技术成果之一。为有效指导公司固体绝缘环网柜推广
工作,国家电网公司组织编写了《12kV固体绝缘环网柜技术条件》,本标准对12kV固体绝缘环网柜的各
项功能和技术指标提出了详细的要求。
本标准由国家电网公司生产技术部提出并解释。
本标准由国家电网公司科技部归口。
本标准起草单位:中国电力科学研究院、北京市电力公司、上海市电力公司、浙江省电力公司。

12kV 固体绝缘环网柜技术条件
1 范围
本标准规定了额定电压为 12kV,频率为 50Hz,装于户内或户外的交流金属封闭固体绝缘环网柜制
造和选用时所应遵守的各项技术要求。
本标准适用于国家电网公司10kV配电网。

3 术语和定义
GB/T 2900.1、GB/T 2900.15、GB/T 2900.19、GB/T 2900.20和DL/T 402中确立的以及下列术语和
定义适用于本标准。
3.1
环网单元 ringmainunits
也称环网柜或开闭器,用于中压电缆线路分段、联络及分接负荷。按使用场所可分为户内环网单元
和户外环网单元;按结构可分为整体式和间隔式。户外环网单元安装于箱体中时亦称开闭器。(Q/GDW
370-2009,定义3.6)
3.2
固体绝缘环网柜 solid-insulatedringmainunits
固体绝缘环网柜是采用固体绝缘材料作为主绝缘介质的环网柜。将真空灭弧室及其导电连接、隔离
开关、接地开关、主母线、分支母线等主导电回路单一或组合后用固体绝缘介质包覆封装为一个或几个
具有一定功能、可再次组合或扩展的具备全绝缘、全密封性能的模块,人可触及的模块表面涂覆有导电
或半导电屏蔽层并可直接靠可接地的环网柜。
4 正常使用条件和特殊使用条件
按DL/T 593中相关的规定。如果使用条件超出该规定,则应向制造商和供应商提出,通过双方协商
的方式加以解决。
5 设备型号和定义
设备型号和定义应符合JB/T 8754中的规定。
6 额定值
6.1 额定绝缘水平
按GB 311.1和DL/T 593中的规定,固体绝缘环网柜额定绝缘水平按表1中要求执行。
